Was this previously owned/refurb? null

I'm pretty sure you can only buy refurbished iPads directly from Apple. That said, I would have *no* problem buying refurb. Apple refurbs come packaged as beautifully as new, and work just as well.

You can check with apple support based on the serial # of the device and they can confirm whether it is a Brand new or Refurbished one or Previously owned.
