is there a one year warranty? null

Whatever the manufacture warranty. I did not purchase the extra Best Buy warranty, though for some it is a good idea, depending on how tough you are on your devices.

I believe it is 90 days but you can buy an additional 2 year warranty for it for about $80.00 and it cover everything up to 2 replacements.
