• There is none, unless you’re wanting to store downloaded media (e.g. Netflix movies and shows) that you want to access offline. Otherwise, as long as you maintain your space, you should be fine.

• The main advantage is that you can store a lot of files/images on a 126 GB version Apple - iPad.
