IS this iPad NEW or Refurbished? null

The iPad is NEW but please pay attention; you MUST sign up for a "new" Verizon 2-year contract in order to receive that price. WITHOUT the 2-year contract it jumps up by $200.00.. And for those with larceny in their hearts; just go ahead and try to cancel Verizon prior to the end of that contract. You simply cannot cancel. Great if you are not already a Verizon subscriber unless you need/want to add a second line to your existig Verizon account.

This is a new iPad. Not refurbished.
