• Wi fi simply means as long as you have a wi fi connection at home or public you can have access. If you have wifi cellular its just like having a cell phone that you pay for cellular access at all times. I hope this helps.

• Wifi is Wifi only and Wifi + Cellular you can put it on your phone plan and it will work anywhere your phone will work --but it will be using data

• Wi-Fi means you can only connect to the internet were their is Wi-Fi like for ex: home, restaurants..public places. Wi-Fi cellular is when you have data plan with your cell phone provider

• Cellular means u can put your phone SIM card in it and use it as a phone as well.
