The answer is yes, but it's not necessarily automatic. All of the data that you've chosen to save in your iCloud account will transfer when you log in using the same credentials. If you are referring to your photos and apps then you would need to specifically allow those items to be stored in your iCloud first so that when you log in to the new device those items will will be available. You can also use iTunes to do this. Here is a link explaining the different ways you can transfer your data: https://www.imore.com/how-transfer-data-your-old-ipad-to-your-new-ipad?amp Hope this was helpful!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the data on the old iPad Mini is backed up or stored on iCloud or similar, it is very easy to get it into the new Mini 4.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the iPad is backed up (either to the cloud or thru iTunes on a Mac or PC), then the data can be transfered. You need to be caution about IOS version. Depending on your model of pad, it might not upgrade to IOS 11. So if you current pad is IOS 10.x.x, the new pad will be IOS 11 compatible. I do not think the pads at the store now, have IOS11 on them (I bought a iPad 2 weeks ago, and it still had IOS 10), which upgraded as I transferred my old pad to the new pad. Transfered fine. Remember, you will have to enter passwords, etc.. as they don’t transfer, just all data, pictures, and apps. You will have to log in to applicable apps.
