• It’s best to have an unlocked one unless you want to pay your phone carrier for full service other wise the WiFi one is great

• Wifi + unlock is Wifi and unlocked for cellular capabilities. If you are not looking to add cell service ( data away from home ) just go with the wifi only. If you want to download, play games that require internet connection, stream videos or music then go with wifi + unlocked
