It’s the latest generation mini iPad The online billing depends on which server your using to access the bill pay Ie PayPal and also if it’s a secure internet Network The battery life is superb and a lot better than similar brands as u mentioned

Some will say that apple does not need this but as a computer security professional I would highly recommend that you install both programs. Should be able to download from the apple store at a cost
