I simply started setting up my new iPad Mini 6, and it told me to hold my old iPad near it - and it copied EVERYTHING in just a few minutes. Literally minutes! It was amazing. Every single thing was copied. Easiest transfer I ever had in my life.

Then connect your new iPad and restore from the previous back up made with your old iPad. 2. When you turn on your new iPad, a pop up window on your old ipad will show up. It will tell you if you want to set up your new ipad with your current iPad. 3. Use iCloud, just go to settings/iCloud/backup Then on your new iPad, sign in with your Apple ID and choose restore from iCloud.
