• The previous answer is incorrect. The trade-in offer applies to iPhone 6S and above. It does NOT apply to iPhone6 (and therefore not to your iPhone 5 either).

• You can upgrade but the iPhone 5 will not qualify for any discount on the 11. Only 6 and above
