• Doubtful unless it’s included with their total tech service plan (not even sure if that’s an option). Even the Apple Store will only allow you to install your iCloud backup in store but if you try it during releases you will be there for hours. Not to mention, if your photos aren’t backed up to iCloud then they can’t do it for you. They won’t back your device up to their computers (and you shouldn’t want them to). If you’re trading in your device to Best Buy then you would need to back it up before heading to the store. Either via iCloud or iTunes on your computer.
