How much do I have to pay down to do the monthly plan null

I paid about 87$ for Best Buy to order my iPhone 11 after Christmas...... then rest goes on to you cellular providers bill. BUT I haven’t received my iPhone yet....Almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting...... all they say is that they’re working on it and it has been “DELAYED”

I think it's about $50/ bill for the phone if paying in installments. Also depends on your plan.
