• If your old phone is another Apple device then back-up is your responsibility and all you have to do is make a icloud backup using your existing phone and when you activate your new phone, you'll be prompted to choose whether or not to set it up as a new phone or restore all the information from a back-up. If you are an android user then you need to back up your phone first to your Google account using settings; install all the Google apps on your new iPhone, create the Google account on your new iPhone to include Gmail etc... and all your info will be there. Make an appointment with Best Buy Geek Squad when Coronavirus is over and they can help walk you through or see the mobile section for Android transfers
