Typically the offers Best Buy has for sprint, the user page will let you know whether it’s for new members or updating a phone. Since this promotion for the mini is already gone, it was for current sprint customers as well. I do see that Best Buy is running a promo for 100 off on the iPhone 12 not the mini. Good luck
