“Does this include a line with sprint/T-Mobile or do I have to buy a separate line with sprint/T-Mobile?”

T-mobile is the SIM card you have to use but billing is still Sprint and plan is still sprint until T-mobile makes you switch. Found Service from T-Mobile coverage is better in most areas, only 1 or 2 spots around Boston, NH area is same or worse.
