This was a plan offered by AT&T years ago which I added because we travel to Mexico at least 2X / yr. called “ roam Mexico “. It costs 0 dollars. Nil ! Which is the reason I make sure that it stays on 2 devices if I ever make any changes to my plan. Involves speaking with an agent ! If I changed anything online I would lose that part of my plan. Most agents don’t even know they had offered this feature.
