• I bought one a couple weeks ago and it was brand new - sealed. Unlocked, but chose Verizon as my carrier so it would come with the SIM card I needed knowing the old SIM card in the 4G phone wouldn't work. I had it wrapped and activated for the person I gifted it to with zero issues.
