I bought a Apple 13, unlocked phone and popped my sim card in and it works great. I did not have any issues. I would check with the store on their return policy. I bougt a phone from Costco and I returned it with no problems. So, I'm not sure.

Please try again later.When you buy a phone from Best Buo when you buy a phone from Best Buy through a carrier which they have AT&T T-Mobile and Verizon which you can get a discount price by activating it right then and there if you have any other service like boost, MetroPCS TracFone insurance, etc. then you have to pay full price for it but when you return it, there’s a $45 restocking fee and you only have 15 days to return the phone. Even if you’re a total tech member you get in session of 45 days to return items but cell phones are excluded from that. I bought the iPhone 13 and black for my self unlocked and my husband boarded and blue unlocked iPhones no longer come with the wall charger which is a USB-C . if you notice the boxes are a little bit not as deep that’s because they don’t come in the wall charger they just come with the wire the wall chargers additional $19 so for each phone paid $816 and some change but as a total tech member I get AppleCare included, so if the screen breaks it’s $29 is the phones damaged it’s $99. I have the option of going to Best Buy or the Apple store but I’d rather go to the Apple Store because they could do it right then and there is to the genius bar instead of Best Buy who would have to send it out , now that total tech plan is called my total Best Buy is $179 a year. The only thing is with Best Buy they don’t offer the lost and theft insurance with that plan in New York and Ohio are the two states that don’t offer that because AppleCare for two years is $149 in New York at Best Buy. The license test is $218 for two years or you can pay monthly and you can have a long is it two years .
