How is the condition for fair ? null

Former Geek Squad employee here! It all depends on each phone. I marked a singular deep scratch that was not that noticeable and it marked it as fair. It can range from a scratch to scratches on the sides of the phone. I would never allow a scratch phone hit for an open box as it would never sell well. Take a look in store if I can be honest.
