Yes, it should come with a SIM card, but mine was just tossed in the package, separate from the iPhone box. I didn’t see it, so installed the SIM card from the old iPhone. That was a mistake, because even though the old sim will do 5G, the new 5G sim is 5G+ , more useful in the future.
