Depends upon how you handling situations. Standard wait time is 40 days. If you paid full, then you can request via T-Mobile social network to get unlock within 3 days. You should have account in T-Mobile and the phone must be fully paid off. I purchased 3 phones from Best Buy. All of them unlocked with in week.
