• Generally when theres a carrier quoted in the description (inside the parentheses) then the device is preregistered to that carrier

• All Best Buy iphone 13 are locked to either T-Mobile, Verizon or Att. This with a contact or even if you pay in full. If the phone is paid in full or when it’s paid it can be unlocked. But carriers have a minimum time that it has to be locked to their system usually 45 to 60 days depending on carrier. After that it can be unlocked
