I was unable to get the $800 because I already changed from Sprint to T-Mobile without upgrading but if you are changing carriers and trading in your old phone you can get the $800 off and you will be placed on a 2 year contract and pay the monthly installments plus your monthly phone plan but you can pay as much as you want down on the new phone at time of purchase with no penalty’s I did get just over $300 off the the iPhone pro max and payed it off at the time of purchase
