Q: QuestionI have had my current AT&T plan with 2 other lines since I upgraded to an android 4G 4 years ago. I would like to get the IPhone 14. Can I keep the other two lines on my plan that do not download apps or use memory and get the Iphone 14?

• A:Answer It depends @SUNNY. If your old iPhone uses 4G, it will not work. The latest iPhonse need a 5G SIM. Do not worry though, AT&T devices come with SIM Cards. The latest iPhone 15 uses eSIM. ChrisZ, AT&T Community Specialist

• A:Answer You can but please notes, your device has to be unlocked via Cricket. There is nothing AT&T can do when it comes that part of the process @dmlc22. ChrisZ with AT&T

• A:Answer Definitely! You can either trade in through Best Buy and get store credit towards a new phone, or depending on your carrier, there might be promotional trade in values. Someone in store can explain the values and processes.

• A:Answer I traded in an XR through AT&T instead of the Best Buy trade in, and it had a promotional trade in value of $350. I just have to mail it in to AT&T. Not sure how long the promotion is going on though - I got mine 1/1/23.
