• If you are not interested in paying for your device, you are able to pay it off upfront. That said, new iPhones purchased from Best Buy must be purchased through a carrier plan. Unlocked iPhones in a new state are sold exclusively from Apple directly. Best Buy nor any third party retailer are able to sell iPhones unlocked.

• Because it logically doesn’t make sense for a store to sell any phone without a carrier, without a carrier your phone will only work with WiFi without a carrier
