The only thing I can say about Dynamic Island is that they have alot of glitches and from what I’ve read they’re more problems then worth buying one

Visually display where front facing camera is located. It changes shape based on what applications are running in the background. Very convenient addition.

It’s a way of making the little pill at the top more interesting. The dynamic island is a touch sensitive adaptation that makes the whole display more useful, can display timer, maps, music, etc. All things get a shortcut and it’s easier access
