Not from Best Buy! I wanted to buy as a gift, but without having the recipients account information and having to choose a plan, even when purchasing the device outright without payments.

Please try again later.I went to the store to pick up the phone, told them that it was a gift and I wanted to the recipient to have the option of changing for a different color. Left with the phone unactivated. Logged on to AT&T and submitted my receipt to show the phone was paid off. A couple of hours later got the email that the phone had been unlocked. Inserted my Visible SIM and no issues with the phone. Works perfectly!
