If I purchase online can I bring to store for setup null

I brought back mine to the store for an exchange well within the exchange timeframe, and I was told no. They were not helpful at all. You should go to the Apple store. Good luck.

I brought my phone into the store and they were so helpful. They got the sim fixed up and now everything is fine.
