“How do I buy it factory unlocked ? If I pay the whole phone , but it says at&t can I still use it with other companies ?”

• It’s my understanding that Best Buy don’t sell unlocked phones anymore. You’ll have to go to Apple for that. Once you choose AT&T, I believe the phone is carrier locked. Now with the new eSims, I don’t know if that’s changed.
