Yes, if you’re paying in full I’d recommend you buy directly from Apple ( unlocked) then just insert your Tmobile SIMCARD

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I bought through best buy because there was a better rebate than T-Mobile. Also be sure to start the transfer in store while you can use your old phone for Apple to send you a verification code (if you are trading in your old phone). I wound up getting stuck because the old phone was traded at store before starting the transfer from backup. I wound up having to take the phone to a T-Mobile store and they have a workaround if you get stuck at this point.
