• Unfortunately BestBuy does not do unlocked IPhones except for older models. You would have to go through Apple directly or buy a iphone 14 or prior if you want to go thorough bestbuy

• Hi Noel, To purchase an iPhone without activating it, visit the Best Buy website or store, add the phone to your cart, select the "Pick up in store" option and pay for the phone, then go to the store and pick up your phone. When you pick up your phone, you will not need to activate it. You can simply take it home and activate it later when you are ready. I hope you enjoy your new iPhone 15 if you get it!
