I ordered iPhone 15 pro max and was due for pick up yesterday. Yesterday the system showed in process and now it’s showing me delayed. I talked to customer service and they cannot give a firm date and said it so delayed by the mfg. If that’s the case, especially with iPhones, would BestBuy have a record of inventory? Wondering how the supply chain is managed? I think there is a glitch in your process. BestBuy -, can you please help / explain?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If a preorder is placed it will be ready as shown on order placed. If not reserved, just like any new device it could easily become harder to get in a timely manner as released.
