“I want to buy the iPhone to use with T-Mobile. Do I buy the AT&T one or the Verizon one?”

That is a terrible business plan for best buy to not sell phones to all carries.

You would need an unlocked iPhone to connect with T-Mobile since Best Buy doesn’t support T-Mobile activations anymore and unfortunately, only Apple sells unlocked iPhones. So you can either 1, Switch carriers and get a, in my opinion, better trade in deal activating with BestBuy. 2, activate a T-Mobile-only device from T-Mobile or 3, buy unlocked directly from Apple.

Best Buy no longer supports T-Mobile activations. If you wanted to purchase from Best Buy, you would have to switch to Verizon or AT&T.
