- Answer I BOUGHT THE PHONE AND I LIVE IN MEXICO, YOU CAN TO REACH OUT THE PHONE COMPANY AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE ACCESS BY QR CODE TO ¨CHANGE¨ THE CHIP, IT WILL BE E-SIM INSTEAD OF A REGULAR CHIP. ( BECAUSE DONT HAVE THE SPACE FOR A CHIP)
