Hopefully you find your spectrum. 100% MAKE SURE THAT THE BEST BUY STORE THAT YOU BUY FROM HANDLES YOUR PROVIDER. We found out the hard way. Went to a store that did not handle verizon. They were an ATT store. You can't trade in your phone there. Went to the Verizon store, who would not take our trade in. Spoke to both Best Buy and Verizon reps and both lied and blew me off. Wound up finding out which best buy store handled Verizon and went there, they spent about 30-40 minutes getting everything (haha) set. They said take it to UPS store. They sent it off. I followed tracking and 3 days after it was shown "Received" I called verizon and they said they never got it and it must have been stolen. NEVER AGAIN!!
