• yes, if your sim card is the same with the other phone metrics, otherwise I suggest you download everything to a thumb drive as a backup and transfer it late

• Best Buy should be able to do that if you asked. If they can't, ask your local carrier to do this.

• yes. if it is an iPhone to iPhone ..then just back up the old iPhone to iTunes and then restore to new phone.

• Yes. As long as you backup your contacts to your computer, iCloud, ect. and then set up the new phone to the "last back-up" of your previous phone when prompted to.

• Yes you can. You would have to back up your current phone or even go to your nearest best buy for assistance with transferrin the items such as your contacts and pics
