• Super simple! I bought mine as a Verizon upgrade and they set it up for me at the Verizon store. I had the 5c also and this is similar. But has a better camera, way longer battery life, and is easier to as the screen.

• Absolutely, just make sure iCloud and iTunes are current and sank properly and there should be any issues.
