A:AnswerI would not go through Best Buy for your mobile service. I had the worst experience with upgrading my service. They talked me into changing my plan and after a month, Sprint said I was not eligible. Best Buy will offer you services you can't have.
A:AnswerIt’s going to depend on whether or not you had iCloud turned on and/or if you did regular backups either to iCloud or your computer. If you took backup precautions, you’ll probably be able to restore from said backups.
