- Answer I initiated everything on line and picked up at my local Best Buy. At the pickup register they attached a credit card sized card to my iPhone box. They didn’t say anything to me about it. I thought it was a coupon. It was my new SIM card. Be careful. Don’t throw it away.

- Answer IMHO unless your 6s has started having issues there is really no need to upgrade to any of the newer devices. As far as trade in it is not worth much these days - varies depending on quality / storage / color
