First your cellular account should be in good standing, that is, your account does not show a late payment is due. Secondly, depends on the deal. I purchased this with no money down for the phone and $200 off the full price BUT I still had to pay the sales tax on it at the store for the FULL price of the phone before any discounts are applied. So be aware that you will be charged at least that plus any accessories or extended warranties you may purchase with the phone. Activation and any other cellular fees will be applied to your cellular bill, so watch for that.
