• I’m sure it depends on the condition of your phone, they offered me an in store gift card for mine. Ask an sales associate at Best Buy they should be able to provide this information to you.

• I’m sure it depends on the phone you’re wanting to trade in. They took my iPhone 6S with 64GB in perfect condition and offered me a store gift card of $120. to use in store only. I took that and purchased items I wanted/needed on my new purchase.
