My local store offered to do that - for the Verizon people, it is just like helping you activate a phone that you got in the mail. Best Buy will activate it on your account and set up the basic service and hand you the phone where you start to select that you want it to be in English, etc.

When I needed to turn off my Note 4 and use my Note 3 I went to Best Buy and they transferred all my data and I am with Verizon.It was fast and I did not have to go to the Verizon store.
