Download the Verizon "Transfer" app. It will walk you through transferring directly from phone to phone. It's been a while since I've done it, I don't remember if it will transfer the actual apps or just their data, so you may have to reload the apps on your new phone but the data will be there once you log into them. I take screenshots of each of my screens so I can make sure I get all my apps loaded and placed correctly on my new phone. As always, best to backup before you start moving things around.

when you call to get the phone activated your cell phone carrier will tell you how to transfer over if you have a iPhone it is easier than you think

It's really easy when you have an iPhone, just follow the instructions on the new iPhone and boom that's it. You choose everything you need to transfer.
