Dual SIMs, one is a physical SIM and the other one would be a virtual/electronic eSIM/Number. The purpose can be many, the most common one is to have one personal number and the other number for business in one phone. You will be able to call, receive calls and text messages from/to both numbers in the same phone. There are some virtual (eSIM) providers you may google.
