• The phone is brand new and, assuming that you’re asking about when can it be activated, you can activate it at any time with the carrier of your choice, hence the reason for it being unlocked. It does not matter if it is with a U.S. carrier or another country’s carrier, it will work either way since I got this phone in the U.S. to activate it with a carrier in Mexico (and it worked).
