Yes and Yes. It has Siri for voice commands. And Geek Squad can load your contacts onto your laptop and then transfer to the new phone assuming your flip phone is still working so they can access the screen and commands. If you want to protect the phone in rugged situations I recommend the Otter Box product attached.
