You would have to get this phone directly from Apple. Best Buy, and no other retail store, does not get any unlocked iPhones from Apple. They keep any unlocked versions that are made for themselves. We can only sell them through the post-paid carriers we work with: AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. There is a $39.99 fee for data transfer from one phone to another. This fee is waived for TotalTech members.
