Best Buy was able to transfer all my information from my old phone to the new phone.

As for tranfering info from old phone to the new one, the store did that for us inside the store. It only took a few minutes. I must emphasize the store employee knew how to do this, we did not know how.

I had an excellent experience with Best Buy's in-store data transfer for my son's phone, but I was able to do mine at home very easily through Apple's own process. When buying the phone from Best Buy's site, just make sure you dig around to find the option to pay the full price. It can be hard to find on some pages.
