- Answer Yes. You have to add a service provider to every cell phone in order to use it. Since this phone is “unlocked”, you can choose any service provider you want to use.

QuestionCan this phone be used with the Lively network? Can you use siri to ask it to call someone? My aunt who has vision and motor coordination problems can't dial the phone, need to get her something that works better than her Lively jitterbug.

- Answer According to what is written the iPhone can use the lively app but I am not sure about the "lively network." My iPhone is operating on the Verizon network and is unlocked for other networks. Google "will an iPhone run on the Lively Network." It is possible to set up Siri to make calls either by speaking the number of using a person's or place's name that is in your address book.
