Does anyone have trouble with this case when talking on the phone? People say they can’t hear me and it’s muffled sounding. I removed the case and they can hear me perfect.

I recently bought this case and noticed it when I first used it. I looked it up and some people said not to fold the flap that holds your cards over. When it’s on the back of the case it covers the second microphone that’s on the back of the phone by the cameras. Apparently this effects calls.

If you don't Fold the folio over the back, it will work fine, There is another mic on the back that the folder covers

No just don’t hold your hand on the bottom of the phone or you could muffle the sound of your voice. Otherwise my calls are all perfect!!!!

I have not experienced any problems with call quality. I love my apple folio case for the iPhone X.

YES! I am so glad someone else had this problem. Apple made me feel crazy when I tried to report it. I returned this case because, somehow, it covers microphones and no one could hear me.
